Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked. That line has been in my head all week.

Who you stand next to shapes who you become. Hang out with people who quit and you will find reasons to quit. Hang out with people who pick up bricks and you will start building.

I used to spend a lot of energy trying to pull the wrong people up the hill. Begging. Convincing. Explaining. It rarely worked, and it always cost me.

So I made a shift. Stop trying to save everyone. Start building an ecosystem that makes the right people stronger just by being in it.

You can see it in the small things. Agents who call the client before I ask. Teammates who work the database in a tough market. People who choose hard things and feel better after, instead of easy things that leave them empty.

I use the same lens in my own life. Faith, family, fitness, fun, finances. I rate myself, make a plan, and surround myself with people who help me live it. If the room pulls me toward scarcity, I leave the room. If the room pulls me toward abundance, I lean in.

Your ecosystem is a mirror. It shows you who you are becoming. Choose it on purpose.

The fastest way to grow is to stand with people who are already moving.

Who in your world is quietly picking up bricks right now?
