Why Resistance Is Usually a Good Sign
People look at someone who’s successful and think they’ve figured it all out.
Like they wake up motivated every day.
They don’t. I don’t.
No matter how far you get, resistance never really goes away.
You just get better at walking through it.
Most days I don’t feel like doing the hard things. The workout. The follow up call. The writing. The planning.
But the second I start, I never regret it. Not once.
What I’ve noticed is the stuff that’s easiest like junk food, scrolling, or mindless distractions usually leaves you feeling worse after.
And the things that push back a little before you start are the ones that actually move you forward.
Resistance is usually a signal you’re about to grow.
And momentum doesn’t show up before the work. It shows up because of it.
Take one step, then another.
You’ll be amazed how fast the weight lifts once you start moving.
The things that feel heavy at first usually build the most strength.
What’s one thing you’ve been resisting lately that you know would move you forward
